Submitting Complaint

Can anyone provide an active channel of communication to submit a formal complaint ? To date several calls made to which the nature of the issue was not clearly understood. Emails to customer support have all been unanswered, the whats app option had me waiting for an hour with only the automated response, no customer service agent joined as instructed ???
