Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have an HP Spectre laptop connected to an HP Elite monitor via Spectre travel dock. Everything works but the built in camera in the monitor. So my questions are, how do I activate the camera? How do I switch from the laptop camera? When I go into Skype there is no option to switch between cameras and it attempts to use the laptop camera, but the laptop is shut. This is so annoying, I purchased this specific monitor because of the built in camera and mic/speakers.

 

Please, please, please can someone help me?

is there a USB connector on the monitor?

is there a Camera in the monitor?

 

What model is the monitor specifically?
