There is an extra hdmi port on top left corner behind my CPU. How can i make that work??

You can check the BIOS and see if there is a setting to enable the on board graphics but unless you have a high end business class PC, it is unlikely. 

 

If there is no setting like that, then you can buy a Display Port to HDMI cable and plug that into the available display port the graphics card has.

 

If you prefer to use the DP to HDMI adapter instead of the cable that should work if you already have a HDMI cable you can use.

Your screenshot shows that your PC has an add on graphics card.

 

The onboard graphics adapter/HDMI port is disabled when a graphics card is installed.

Yes.   Is there anyway i could enable it?
