Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Pavilion 11-n011dx x360 pc (energy start) running windows 10  last year something went wrong and i couldn't reach any settings and task bar wouldn't respond. wouldn't even open a setting or task manager thru key combines, could only open applications from the home screen so i wiped it clean and installed windows 10 with a recovery usb. Once i set the laptop back up i realized it has no touchscreen feature, digging deeper there are touchscreen settings that do absolutely nothing and came up empty handed searching for the HID touchscreen compliant bulshot. basically, have no touchscreen drivers and can't find any for this laptop in hp files and drivers tab and can't contact hp support every number i call gives me the runaround or doesn't even ring. plz help
