MY touchscreen just will not work on my one week old computer. In device manager HID compliant touch screen I get the following error:
Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)
To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer.
The ACER touchscreen monitor worked perfectly on my old computer.
I tried HP support and they wanted me to pay for help since this was not an all in one computer. Very disappointing
