Dear Customer Support,

when I connect my mobile device to a second monitor and use it in duplicate mode, I cannot use the  touchscreen anymore.

In extended mode I can use it, after using this fix: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Video-Display-and-Touch/Lost-Touchscreen-Capability-When-Addin...

But it won't work for the duplicate monitor settings.

It is a known issue? Or a windows specific problem?

The tablet settings for duplicate mode:

And for extended monitor:

Maybe it is because windows does not recognize the monitors as two different devices anymore?

Please help! And thanks!
