Product: Hp pavilion desktop 570-p014
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have 2 Monitors that I want to connect to this desktop. One monitor is connected through the HDMI port and the other is connected through the vga port. When i turn the computer on both screens light up but my mouse will only stay on the first display screen and not go to the second one. I'm beyond frustrated because this is the only reason I decided to get a desktop and the guy at the store told me it would work.
