Hey, I was given this portable display as a gift. I bought some USB-C adapters for the cord it came with. When I plug the monitor in, it flashes on with the HP logo, then goes dark. The Monitor also came with a CD, I don't have a CD drive to use it. I went to download the software off this website, and it says it's only compatible with Windows. I looked up different troubleshooting options, some say I need a different cord. Figured I would go to the source! Thank you for your time.

Sorry, but the only drivers that HP has for this unit are Windows drivers.
Here is another source of drivers for USB-connected displays -- and one of them might work: http://www.displaylink.com/downloads/macos
