Hello,
I currently have a HP Envy x360 Model 15 running Windows 11 connected via the HP USB-C Mini Dock (which is the only new piece in my setup) to a Huawei Mate GT. When connected via the dock, the best resolution i can select is 2580 x 1080 at 60Hz but when it was connected to my monitor via USB C the display was running at 3440 x 1440 at 165Hz and was set at that since day 1.
I use Avast so all drivers are up to date appart from the driver for the dock itself, the only one i can find for it is here, but as you can see is only listed for Windows 10 - Is there a version for Windows 11 floating around yet or is it just a case of waiting till one comes available?
Im not as bothered about the refresh rate but because of the resolution everything is a bit in my face.
Any advice is appreciated

Hi@samo_omasters,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Envy Laptop about the USB-C Dock Resolution Limit.
I have a few recommendations
- Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
- Try doing Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check if it works.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hello Dilip_18
I've tried the recommendations given but they've not worked unfortunatley. In the mean time, i've also tried the solution given in the document below to see if it'd help but that has also not worked:
