Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15t-aq200 CTO

my laptop usb-c to hdmi port not working when connecting to monitor (using belkin connector   https://amzn.eu/d/8f1xEW1)

let me know how to solve this issues. one hdmi port already available but connected to another monitor.
