Hi all,

I am trying to use the comsol USB-C to dual display Port adapter to use multiple screens on my computer.

When I connect the unit I keep getting this error code.

"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

A USB port reset request failed"

I also get this error in System devices

Trajik2010_0-1648954666539.png

": This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)

If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system"

Can anyone help me out, please?

I do not have your laptop but I looked at the (users) manual here

I assume you have the selected product mentioned.

From my understanding only the thunderbolt port supports DP Alt Mode.  Make sure your device is in the thunderbolt USB-C port.

Looking further in the manual

It looks like you could have just bought a pair of USB-C to DP cables and used two ports instead of a splitter.  Possibly (I am guessing) that "Alt Mode" is not implemented since two video feeds are available.

Looks like a nice system. I tried pricing a elite x2 and while it was (barely) in my budget the wait time was 4 months.
