Im using pavilion 595 p0074 which has
I5 8400
Uhd 630 graphic card
Does it support 144hz monitor?
Can I do game with 144 fps if I connect it with such 144 hz monitor?

First answer: yes, the Intel UHD 630 does support 144Hz monitors BUT your machine is

which has
Lincs Back I/O ports
- (1) VGA port
- (1) HDMI 1.4/HDCP 2.2
- (1) USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A port
- (5) USB 2.0 Type-A ports
- (3) Audio ports
- (1) RJ-45 port
And none of the above ports support 144Hz monitors with higher resolution. You need more hardware.
