I just bought a new Dell Inspiron 3891 and have Windows 11. It won't display the second monitor, an HP240a attached via an HDMI cable. It recognizes it's there, but won't display. Dell Support said it's an HP issue, not the computer. Is there a driver I should download? Anything else?

They should work together. Please try the following setup to add external monitor to your machine:
