Product: HP All-in-One 27 Desktop PC 27-cb0000a (3B5K5AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My integrated webcam starts fine in video conferencing apps, Teams, Google, etc,  but in each and everyone it will turn off the camera sporadically and occaisionally will not allow me to turn back on the video feed.  Permissions seem to be set properly.
