I reviewed your post and I understand that the webcam is not working on your computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I followed that link and have done everything I can fine - checked in settings, checked in device manager, updated drivers, restarted computer, etc. There is a white circle with a line through it in my camera and it will not work. Please help!

I am having an issue in zoom as well as any app with a camera. I've done all the trouble shooting and my camera works, just not in an app except for YouCam. I went and looked for a slider in zoom test meeting and i am not seeing it. Was it in the black zoom window, along the side?
