HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ew0000 (549V5AV)

Hi, under the legal consumer act i am confused that i should be raising this issue on here to get some answers. There is no complaints process listed so i apologise if this is not the right forum to raise this.  I brought this laptop last December and no issues arose until August, from then i have had to raise 6 cases returned item for repair and now looks like it has to go back again.  My warranty is due 20th December, however i was told if this ongoing issue occurs after the warranty even if the same issue i have to pay for extended warranty for them to deal with it again.  I was promised call back yesterday and every time i have to raise another case as you cannot update a case yourself. This is causing delay and very likely will see my warranty expire. How do i raise complaint to ask for replacement device if not satisfied with the product or request they extend the warranty as the agent has told me during the call yesterday its a know issue with the product and no fix is in place yet.
