Product: HP 24-g020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP 24-g020 that came with a built in webcam.  

I now have a need to use it for Zoom and not only will it not work but it does not show up in Device Manager.  And when I went to HP's website there is no driver for it.

I am not the only one as another person posted on 09.14.2020 that they were having the same issue.  They also stated that their touch screen was not working as well.  Wellll...guess what?  Mine isn't either.  I don't usually use that feature so I was unaware.  I know that the touchscreen did work before as I have used it.

Please let me know how to fix these issues as I purchased a computer that included the features and I would like to use them.  I have a very important meeting on Monday, May 10 so I am hoping to get this resolved as I do not own another computer!

HP Recommended

Install the hp support assistant first and then let it install the drivers.
