webcam not working. When started they show that We can't find your camera.

If you open the Windows "Device Manager", and expand each section, is this device listed, without any yellow-coloured markers that indicate that the appropriate device-driver has not been loaded?

 

Have you run the HP Support Assistant, to locate/download/install any required device-drivers for the webcam?
