We are also testing the 740pm. Strangely, the camera is significantly blurrier, more washed out, and faded compared to the HP Z34c G3 (older model) or integrated notebook cameras.

Based on the technical specifications, the camera should be significantly better (especially not worse than my older HP Z34c G3 😉).

We have already performed a firmware update today. The image quality is independent of the connected device (tested with Windows and macOS).

 

Is this a known issue? Might this be a firmware bug?
