Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 14-ba151sa

My integrated WebCam does not work.  When I have checked in Device Manager I have to View "Hidden Devices" - it sees that there is a "HP Wide Vision HD Camera" present.  However the General device status states "Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. ...  To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer.

 

I have tried uninstalling the driver (a window default driver), updating the bios and still nothing appear to fix the problem.

 

Is this a geniue hardware fault or a Windows 11 driver compatiability issue.  the reason I ask is that the laptop has found the device, even though I removed the default driver so it knows its connected.
