What is the best gpu upgrade for HP 89D motherboard

I want to upgrade my GPU but dont know which one is compatible with my motherboard it is a HP 89D board.

With a 500-watt power supply, I would recommend an RTX 4070, such as this model, powered by a single 8-pin PCIe power cable.

You can purchase this 500-watt power supply online, such as via an eBay Seller.

I would also recommend matching (identical) 2 x 16GB of DDR4 PC4-25600, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, DIMM (UDIMM), 288-pin RAM sticks, such as:
