HP X34 UWQHD Gaming Monitor

I have a HP X34 monitor. How do i get it's matrix (model?) number?
Is there a way to find it without dissasembling the monitor?
I've broken mine

Hi, thank you for your answer, @banhein.

Guess I asked the wrong question.

At the back plate I see Serial N, Product N, Rev and some other little info.

By monitor matrix I mean not the type of matrix (IPS, TN…),  but the display plate (not sure about translation).

I`be broken my monitor (see photo) and as I reckon, I need to replace matrix (screen/display plate/correct name I can’t translate). So I need some number/model of it to find it (hope, sounds logical)

As far as I understood the same model may have different matrixes.

I don’t want to disassemble my monitor, but if it’s only way - I could not remove the back cover as in official guide 😞
