Product: 2511 Monitor
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have been trying to use my monitor but no matter what I do, it won't stop flashing these colors. The buttons on the monitors don't seem to respond when pressed either. Is there anything I can do to make the flashing stop and be able to use the monitor?

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Without connecting the Monitor to your MAC if you plug it directly to the wall outlet and power ON do you see those flashing lights?

 

If possible please send a picture of the monitor when it's flashing
