Check cable, see if loose. Try another cable.
Does the on screen display work ok?
Is there a monochrome setting in the OSD?
Try monitor on a blu-ray player or set-top cable box.
Could be one of the few that is not burned in long enough during testing.
return it if cannot get working correclty.

Some monitors have to be connected to the computer before the OSD can be activated. Others work by pressing the menu button even if not connected.

Thanks for you response. I finally determined how to get my color back. There is so much "bloat" on the software these days, drive me nutsl I try to get as much as possible deleted before I start using the software.
