Product: HP ZBook Fury 16 G11 Mobile Workstation PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I keep getting Biometric devices for Synaptics FS7605 Touch Fingerprint Sensor with PurePrint(TM) error.
Device status show "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
I tried to uninstall it then it shows up Synaptics FS7604 Touch Fingerprint Sensor; however, when I tried to update it then it changes to Synaptics FS7605 Touch Fingerprint Sensor. I can't find a driver to install to clear that error.
Please help and let me know where I can find a new driver for that model or how to remove it so it can go back to FS6504.
Thanks
