Hello, my laptop screen is broken, but I had it connected to a monitor with an HDMI cable, so the broken screen wasn't really a problem. However, I decided to factory reset the laptop, and after the reset, the laptop won't let me connect to my monitor. Since the screen is broken, I cant access it. Is it possible to fix this? 😞
