Solved!

connect keyboard to Z24n G2 display port

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone,

My work system is setup as follows:

Elitebook, Dockingstation thunderbolt G2 230w and two z24nG2 screens.

What I want to do is plug the keyboard to one of the display/screen usb ports, it is USB type A, to use the keyboard.

None of them work for the keyboard.

Note:already activated the power mode to use the ports at all. And they work for smartphones etc ..

So anyone there with a solution?Tips, ideas?

Thanks

J

Solved!

connect keyboard to Z24n G2 display port

@JenChan

Monitor has one USB 3.1 type A upstream port at its back. You have to connect the UP STREAM port to one USB 3.x port on your computer before you can use other 2 USB ports on the monitor.

Regards.
