Dear HP Support Team,
I am writing to raise a concern regarding my HP laptop display. Within normal usage, I have noticed 5–6 dead pixels appearing on the screen. This issue is affecting the visual quality and usability of the device.

Since the laptop is under normal usage and the issue has arisen without any physical damage, I request HP to kindly arrange for inspection, repair, or replacement as per your pixel policy and warranty terms.
I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. Please confirm the next steps and service schedule at the earliest.
