different colors and lines appearing on screen

I jst turned off my pc and next .when I turn on I saw different colors and lines.

can it be repaired or do I ve to buy a new monitor plzz help me

try with another video source ( computer ), cable etc.
if you still have the same problem, ask a professional for a repair estimate
but more often it is better to replace
