HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-a275na

I load the game "Clearit" (which runs on all my other PCs) and the screen goes blank. The game has actually loaded. I can hear the game music playing and if I depress the windows key the screen can be seen for a couple of seconds. I have installed all the latest drivers but note that the intel graphics driver which is authorised, is at least a year old and there is a number of later ones. The game had been working perfectly well. I teach children with learning difficulties and this game is very useful.

How can I load an unauthorised Intel driver?

Does the PC meet the Game requirements?

If it does, then please download the Intel Support Assistant from this Link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html

Also update the BIOS from here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers

Keep me posted 😊
