HP Notebook 15-dy1079ms

the past week, when I try watching something on Netflix on my laptop lines of different colors (yellow blue, and red) appear on the screen. It's not all through the watching experience but it can happen every few seconds to every two minutes. I tried cleaning my cookies and data, restarting my computer, changing my refresh rate and nothing works. I haven't changed my internet provider or moved the router or laptop. What can I do?

Hi @adin23,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I recommend you contact an external monitor or a TV to the computer and open NetFlix on the external monitor and check.

Also, try using a different browser (Like Mozilla or IE) and check.

If you continue facing the issue, I recommend you contact support as it may be a hardware issue.

Here is how you can get in touch with tech support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Take care and have a good day.
