There are some  annoying round circles popping up on my screen at times and .  The cursor  always goes to the bottom right hand side of the screen to windows logo and a square pops up and I losse control of the mouse.

IThis is a brand new touchscreen pavillion and not more than 2 months. Driver is upto date.

@Balu0208 Welcome to HP Community!

As I understand, you're having issues with Touchscreen,

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:

Just to clarify, did you check if the issue persists in BIOS? if not I recommend checking if the Touch is working on BIOS screen (Accessed by tapping on F10 while restarting the computer).

If it works on bios, it's a software issue: please reinstall the display drivers, install the latest updates for the display adapters and BIOS, if the issue persists,

You could reinstall the windows using the recovery partition or the recovery media to fix the issue.

If it doesn't work on BIOS either, it's a hardware failure and you may need to Contact HP to set up a hardware repair service.

* Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

* Enter Product number or select to auto detect

* Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"

* Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get a Case & phone number.
