HP EliteDesk 800 G5 Small Form Factor PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed an AMD Radeon RX 6400 card, however now both the new as well as the onboard video work (monitor will work on the connectors of the new card as well as the connectors of the onboard video).

However, the BIOS and bootmangers will only be shown on the onboard video.

How do I disable the onboard graphics in the BIOS? The manual says it should be done in the BIOS but there is no such option available. Should I use another BIOS?

I looked at the BIOS simulator for Elitedesk 800 G5 SFF and also the manual and you are correct.   The manual clearly states the internal video can be disabled but the BIOS does not show that feature.  There was nothing in the BIOS release info that mentioned the built in video.

The system board graphics can be disabled by changing settings in BIOS F10 Setup.

You could try the latest BIOS 2.15 (April 2023)

You might contact HP and ask about about the missing feature.

If your 800 G5 is out of warranty you might mention that you are considering a large purchase of 800 G5 and want to have that feature or will find another OEM.
