How do you use/install a logitech c922 pro stream webcam with an HP m271 fhd monitor?

Directions of webcam say to connect it to a USB port but there does not appear to be one on the monitor nor an unused port on my Lenova Yoga laptop.

If no usb, on the screen, anyway, you have no choice..
and even if this were the case, this type of configuration will generally require that the screen itself be connected by usb to the computer..
unless, but so far i haven't seen an option with hdmi only..
So to see, with your computer, what type / number of usb ports do you have, what is it used for..
if possible for example of interchanged, either the webcam, or something else!
either buy a usb box, which can accept other peripherals like this for example

this one being one of the simplest, you will find any type, with different types of ports, powered by the computer, or with additional external power supply
