HP 22er

Hello,

My HP22er monitor that I use as a second screen stays black and wont turn on. I haven't been able to see any lights come on either at the front by the power button or the back where the power cord plugs in.  I have tried to plugging it in to various outlets both wall and extension cords. I have tried it with both my laptops, a dell and acer. I followed the directions found at this web page:https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-value-21-inch-displays/7274735/document/bph05236#AbT1

And this one: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-value-21-inch-displays/7274735/model/10402848/troubleshootin...

And I am not sure what to do next. It has worked before with both laptops so I am not sure what is happening. I have also only owned it for less than a month.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi@trikhoff, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

You have done the basic troubleshooting as per the document and the notebook needs to checked taking remote access so that get to know it's a hardware or software issue.

I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
