Hp 23es Monitor

Hi,

I have a hp 23es 23-inch monitor with a black vertical line on the left side of the screen. I've owned the monitor for about 4 years. So, the black line isn't always there. If I jiggle the HDMI, it will go away. Yet, it is completely random; there is no certain direction to move the cord for the black line to go away.  I use the monitor to play on my Xbox. I have tried different HDMI cords as well as a different Xbox, and it is still there. When I plug the monitor into my laptop and jiggle the HDMI cord, the black line goes away for a few days, then eventually returns. I'm not a tech guy, but this doesn't seem to fit a logical pattern. Any help would be great.

Hello

https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05076790
It's This one ?
you say that if you shake the HDmi cord, it can disappear, no matter which cord you use!
It is possible that it is the connector, if it is not from the graphics card
It is mentioned to have HDMI, and a VGa, can you test in VGA
