Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
seeking help from anyone who has the following problem:
Monitor Status
HDMI: Inactive
VGA: Inactive
Check cable and source connection then monitor goes to sleep mode

Please answer following check:
- Where do you connect to ?
- To a computer ?
- What is your computer ?
- Does your computer have a video card ? if Yes, then the Integrated card is disabled therefore two ports are inactive
Otherwise, please post back what is your computer ?

Yes desktop has graphics card the monitor worked Well before with new hdmi cable before I had computer repaired under warranty
pc is a Thermaltake Versa H22, i7-9700KF, 16GB, 256G SSD + 2TB HD, NVIDIA 1650 4GB, DVD
