Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and when i pull up the camera the screen is blank on the device manager-camera events is says USB/VIDEO_04CA%PID_7092&47_00174DC3B29&0&0000 REQUIRES FURTHER INSTALLATION
