HP Z800 Base Model Workstation
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have hp z800 workstation. when i plugged it in and press start button it starts normally with no red light no beep no loud fan. But the problem is that it has no display. i have another same model so i replaced all the major components like graphic card, processors, heatsinks, hard drive and Ram's, but still same response.
now its clear that it is motherboard fault.
Can Somebody help me to identify the further problem in motherboard???
I have seen in some videos they remove the bios chip, reprogram it and put it back on board for these kind of problems. is this a good method to do like this?
I also don't know where the bios chip is located on motherboard.
please help to solve the problem.
Thanks.
