Greetings @Awladthani,
Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.
I understand that you are unable to use the display as it is out of range, is that right?
Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.
Have you tried the monitor on any other computer?
Recommend you update the graphics drivers on your computer.
If you are using an HP Desktop, you can run HP Support Assistant to update the drivers. Click here.
If you are using any other computer, update the graphics driver based on the manufacturer.
For other troubleshooting steps, please refer to this HP Article.
Let me know how it goes.

Welcome to the wonderful world of windows 10. I had the same problem with my TV. Even though windows says its running at 1080p that doesn't mean that its actually outputting that resolution. It might sound confusing but trust me windows will output whatever resolution it thinks is best for your monitor regardless of what you do. So, if for some reason it thinks your monitors native resolution is different than 1080p than it won't work. I guess you could try reinstalling your graphics driver, that might help.

27es monitor connected to DirecTV box and computer via HDMI. Worked fine for months. Now input signal out of range. I can see the picture, in the proper apparent resolution, but the message persists. I cold booted monitor (unplugged for 15secs), reset the DirecTV box, and switched out the HDMI cable AND the input. No change. So it isn't a graphic driver problem.
Why isn't there a way to acknowledge the message and disregard, if I can see the picture? Why does it nanny itself to sleep with no option to override? Is my only solution to take this monitor to an open field, destroy it with a sledgehammer, and beseech everyone I know to never buy one again?
