Product: Pavilion 15 cs3076nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Intermittent problem with the display going fuzzy, and text is hard to read in Word, browser, etc. Tried the standard troubleshooting tips.
Noticed this problem a week after a BIOS update. Display settings have not changed in the two years of owning the laptop.
Also, when I move my mouse across the taskbar it expands to a larger size.
Thanks

Try enabling or disabling the "clear type"
Type "cleartype" in the windows search box.
if that does not work then see if the resolution and refresh are the recommended values.
