Hi
Good Morning
I have HP 20kd 19.5 IN IPS Display two weeks before hardware issue. so i called hp customer care because that product still under warranty after i got the ticket no (WO- SP20200710 R13) service engineer came to my location and took the monitor.
i am waiting for 10 days so please service as soon as possible.

@moniter I understand your concern and I will bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.
Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.
Please look for a private message requesting additional information.
Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
