HP 24x 23.8-inch Gaming Monitor

Hi i recently bought a hp 24x gaming monitor but it has a defect on it i also exchanged it in the shop from where i bought it but the case is still the same there's still a white faded fertical line on the upper left also the video quality isn't quite clear

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the display quality of the monitor.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

  • Have you tested the monitor on a different computer?
  • Have you updated the graphics driver on your computer?

If you have tried the above steps and still facing the issue, then I recommend you contact support to check the available service options for the monitor.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
