HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-2000a (2Z6E2AV)

i have just bought this computer,  have factory reset it and only downloaded one game, it goes so slow that just hitting control, alt, s to get the serial took 5 minutes to load, I have updated the drivers, and the os as far as I can tell. I am currently sending this from my laptop. I am not sure what else to do to check for this and to figure out why it is so slow, any help would be appreciated, i got it on veterans day from Aarons, I should have seen something wrong since it took them almost 2 hours to factory reset it them self. I just need to know if it something I can fix, or if I need to take it in. thank you so very much for any feed back and help
