Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i started to get the osd lockout popup window in the middle of my screen, then it goes a way and the main menu popup appears and cycles itself through several screens then goes away.  i have updated my drivers and performed the recommended steps of holding the main menu button down for 10 seconds.  i even tried a factory reset, how do i prevent this popup error sequence from happening over and over?

Product introduced 2015.

Monitor is not "old" - but it is no longer "young", either.

 

You have tried this:

HP LCD and LED Monitors - OSD Lockout Message Appears on the Screen

 

It is possible the hardware is no longer working as expected.
