pixelation on switching on the computer

Hi, In the last couple of days when I turn on the computer I've been getting a weird pixelation on the screen.

If I restart the computer it seems to be okay. I don't know if it is related but the desktop box is very noisy, possibly the fan. Please help, thanks.

Hi, sorry it's taken so long. My product number is 1QZ17EA for a HP Pavilion Desktop - 570-a100na. I have an old screen HPL1910, product no. GS918A. Model no. HSTND-2321-B. It stopped doing it for a while and started again today.
