here is such a problem as it is called and how to deal with it in the store did the replacement of goods 4 times on all monitors this problem appears on the third or fifth day of use. in the center of the monitor, an oval spot appears, similar to a fold of fabric, which is visible on a dark background.

вот такая проблема как называется и как с ней бороться в магазине делал замену товара в 4 раза на всех мониторах такая проблема появляется на третий или пятый день использования. в центре монитора появляется овальное пятно, похожее на складку ткани, которое видно на темном фоне.

If the issue persists in BIOS, please contact HP Support in your region for service options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
