"Input Not Support" floating box whenever I open games

Whenever I try to open Fallout New Vegas and Skyrim Special Edition they have this box floating around. They both worked just fine a few weeks ago.

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

Did you run a hardware test on the computer using the F2 key during a restart?

Could you attach a screenshot of the image with the error?

Meanwhile, please check if the noise appears with reduced resolution as well.
