hi, my taskbar icons are all skewed and things have shifted on the left hand side as compared to the normal task bar. It doesn't even shows the time nor the HP pen control!  I've attached a screenshot to understand it better. Please help someone...

When was the last time it worked fine?

Were there any hardware/software changes made? 

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
