Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have been running a second monitor along side of my computor, the monitor screen has gone blank and the monitor on/off button is flickering , the two monitors were couple via a hdmi cable. and the second monitor has it on power cable to it.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.

  • When was the last time the monitor was working fine?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

While you respond to that, I recommend you disconnect the monitor from the computer and remove the power cable. Press and hold the power button on the monitor for 5 seconds with all the cables disconnected from the monitor and then connect the power cable and turn it on. (Note: Do not connect the monitor the computer) See if you are getting a message “check video cable” message on the monitor.
